The TDEE, calorie, and macronutrient figures, along with any articles or guidance provided through the Service, are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual results vary. You should always consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian before starting, changing, or stopping any diet, exercise, or weight-management program — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, or have any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or calculated using the Service.

Calculations are based on published scientific formulas (such as Mifflin-St Jeor and Harris-Benedict) applied to the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and you use any results at your own discretion and risk. We do not warrant that the outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly allow such children to use it. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the apps or extension
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated systems to access the Service
• Use the Service in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations

Certain features are available through a paid subscription, TDEE Pro. All purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) — we do not sell subscriptions directly through this website.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their respective policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.
• Price changes: Subscription prices may change; any changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated through the relevant app store.

All content, branding, logos, design, text, and software that make up the Service are owned by or licensed to Apperitif Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your license to use the Service does not grant you any ownership or rights to this content beyond personal use as permitted in these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with another user's enjoyment of it.

The Service may display advertising (including via Google AdMob) and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects, and we do not warrant that any results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apperitif Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any reliance on calculations or content provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apperitif Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
